2020 NASPGHAN Foundation Virtual 5K Fun Run/Walk

Our first virtual 5K Fun Run/Walk is an opportunity to get out of your home/work space, run for the Foundation, and be part of the online community for the 2020 Annual Meeting. While we cannot run together this year, we can still run and connect on the event platform to meeting and interact with new people.

If you run (or walk) the race you will receive a NASPGHAN 2020 Virtual Fun Run/Walk Medal shipped directly to you.

How does a virtual run work?

Just add the race to your registration.

• Run (or walk) the 5k in your own time and on your own schedule anytime the week of the 2020 Annual Meeting.
• Share your results on social media and tag NASPGHAN and the Annual meeting – this step is not necessary, but fun!
• If you really want to be creative, use the free Map My Run app to track your distance and show your path. What design can up make on the streets in your neighborhood?

How are the results tabulated? This is a fun run so all results will be self-reported. The money from the race will help support the NASPGHAN Foundation. All friendly competition will take place on our message boards and via social media posts.
