Conference in a Box
NASPGHAN will be mailing attendees (registered by October 8, 2020) a Conference in a box that will contain information and items from supporting companies. Unless otherwise noted, this cost includes the procurement of the item by NASPGHAN. Below is a list of items and cost to participate in this opportunity:
LOGOED MAILING BOX (Conference Tote) . . . $8,000
The mailing box replaces the typical conference bag as the holder of all of the swag for the Annual Meeting. You logo will be featured prominently on the outside of this box full of useful items and information that will be mailed to each registered attendee in advance of the start of our live event.
FOLDAWAY SHOPPER TOTE . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $10,000
Foldaway shopper totes provide an excellent opportunity to place your corporate logo on an item that will be handy long after the event. Not a typical conference tote, but a lightweight bag that folds up nicely for use again and again.

Have your company name and logo on the official NASPGHAN Pens that will be placed in every Conference box.

Wearing masks all day, every day can be a significant irritant to your ears. This handy logoed device allows masks to be hooked behind the head. Keeping them snug and allowing a more comfort for the wearer. This item will be used again and again.

Right now we cannot have enough masks. While these would not be usable in the hospital for our attendees, they are needed everywhere and your logo and/or image can be a handy reminder in the hands of our attendees.

This handy tool allows interaction with pin pads and screens without having to touch them directly. Your logo will be on their keychain.

With everyone on their screens all the time now, and for this event specifically, let’s keep their screen nice and clear with this handy cloth that is safe for electronics. Complete with your logo, this is an item attendees will keep close at hand.

More devices than you have ports? This block USB hub, that will also carry your logo, is the perfect solution for attendees to use well beyond the Annual Meeting to keep all of their accessories connected.
BOX INSERT—FLIERS . . . . . . . . . . . $2,500 (PER FLIER)
Double your exposure by inserting a flier, job opportunity, program announcement into every Conference in a Box sent out. Flier must be pre-approved by NASPGHAN. All supporters will be responsible for supplying the necessary amount of supplies for each box.
BOX INSERT—PRODUCT . . . $4,000 (PER PRODUCT)
You can provide a sample of your product to be inserted into the Conference in a box. Pair this with a product theater and the attendees will be able to experience the product along with your presentation. Size and weight restrictions apply.
