Know Before You Go - Hotel Lobby Construction

The Diplomat Hotel is under renovation, which was supposed to be farther along by now, allowing more access ot the original lobby space. We were just informed that will not be the case. This does not affect most pool space, any meeting space, the beach and/or hotel sleeping rooms. Just the original lobby and lobby bar areas.

Below you can download a Resort Map that includes walkways and access points to all outlets and public areas of the hotel.  A few bullet points below:

*Guest arrival is through the Lower Lobby of the Convention Center on the separate driveway from the hotel’s main driveway.  Rideshare apps have already been directed to drop off at this location.

*Front Desk, (hotel check in) is in this Lower Lobby area long with Valet Parking, Bell Desk and Concierge.

*The Lagoon Pool is fully operational during the program dates along with the poolside cabanas and casitas.  The upper Infinity Pool is not open at this time.

*Food and Beverage Outlets are fully operational and accessible throughout the program – see below for a summary of all outlets for next week:
