With the move to virtual, your poster session group will remain the same. If you were Poster Session I in person you are still Poster Session I virtually.
Live Chat hours are as follows:
Poster Session I: Monday, December 13, 1:30 - 2:15 PM ET
Poster Session II: Wednesday, December 15, 1:30 - 2:15 PM ET
Poster Session III: Friday, December 17, 1:30 - 2:15 PM ET
There is a live zoom room attached to each poster space. Attendees will be able to join you in this zoom room to ask questions about your poster. If you have more than one poster at the same time you have a few options: you can move back and forth between the two spaces, you can stay in one room and put a note in conversation the poster you are available in to answer questions or you can have multiple tabs open on your computer.
The email invitation into the session will come from @pathable.com. This sometimes will get scooped up by a junk filter so please make sure to search there before calling the office for assistance.
IMPORTANT: the links in these emails are specific to your email address. Please
do not share these emails as you could end up getting locked out of your account and unable to access the event.
You can upload multiple files to your poster for your presentation. You only are required to upload one. There is a size restriction of 10 GB per file, but again you are able to upload multiple files. You have some flexibility to be creative here. You can upload a traditional poster image, you can upload a power point presentation, you can upload a video (file or link if you have it posted on a public facing website.) It's up to you how you would like to present the poster.
You will need to be registered for the Annual Meeting to access your poster space. We are working to give you access by 12/3/2021. We ask you have your poster set up by 12/10/2021, although you will be able to make adjustments if needed. we do not lock you out of editing.
