Health Maintenance Checklist for Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD)

Pediatric gastroenterologists can use a Health Maintenance plan to keep on top of routine tests and screenings that a pediatric patient with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) needs. 

The Inflammatory Bowel Disease Health Maintenance Summary report, available in the Schedule Preview pane, summarizes compliance with a given patient's screening requirements along with recent test results. Users can click on the header of the report to jump to the Health Maintenance activity to manage or update any reminders. 

Further, when it's time for a patient to transition from pediatric care to adult care, gastroenterologists can use a new Patient Instructions SmartText to add information to the AVS about finding a physician who treats adults with IBD using the NASPGHAN Doc4me app.
