Exhibitor Personnel 2021

Exhibit Personnel Registration only grants access to the exhibit hall for staff of registered Exhibiting Companies.

If you have someone on your staff who would also like to attend the sessions, they will need to register via the attendee registration portal and pay the registration fee.

Start the registration process by logging into the site the with the company login information provided to your company contact by NASPGHAN.

Before you can add individual booth personnel, you need to click the "Register Myself" button, answering the required question and clicking save response.

To add each staff member:
1. Click add guest below the register button.
2. Complete the contact info about that guest in the pop up window and then click "Save & Close." That guests name will be highlighted in a block.
3. With that guest highlighted, answer the required question and click "Save Response"
4. Keeping that guest highlighted, now scroll down and click "Add" to the left of Exhibit Booth Personnel Registration
You can add another guest by again clicking "Add Guest" and following the steps above for the next registrant.

Once you have added all of your personnel, scroll down and click "proceed to check out." In the check out tab you can review the list of names and click "Submit Order" to complete the transaction.

You can always log back in to edit exhibit personnel.
